Supervise section members to perform import shipment and air export shipment rightly
(Details)
Monitor and advise team members when problem is occurred
Cooperate with other functions such as Business Development department or Oversea Offices to proceed business properly
Control, manage and negotiate the cost and performance of vendors and sub-contractors
Keep track of the operational performances using KPI, and share such information with relevant customers, when necessary
Source the appropriate training courses directly relevant to import export tasks and send the staff when necessary, in order to ensure knowledge, know-how and skill of the staff are upgraded and updated
Ensure cost and expenses in the section are properly controlled, in order to maximize the profitability of the section/department
Qualifications:
Desired skills & experiences:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male preferably, Age 33-45
Bachelor’s degree in any fields
Have experience regarding Import & Export functions in Thailand at least 7 years
Have experience regarding management at least 3 years
Have management skill, supervisory skill, negotiation skill, analytical skill, and computer skill
[Prefer]
3-5 years of experience in sea-freight will be advantage
Languages skills:
English: Advanced conversational Level
Workplace Area: Bangphli, Samutprakarn (Bangna-Trad km 18)
Working Hour: Monday – Friday 8.00-17.00 (work on Saturday depending on the company’s calendar)
About the Benefit
Salary: 45,000-70,000 THB/ Month
