Duties & Responsibility

Outline-> Contacting Sea Freight for booking space and cooperate with oversea agent

Contacting with the oversea customer ,shipping agent for incoming good shipment –

Sending arrival notice and b/l with agent 

Transfering data related customer (inv,packing,list,BOI) to shipping team for manage and procedure the custom - Clearance / Truck booking / EDI

Solving problems by cooperation with concerned department and customers.

Monitoring and ensure that all job files are closed and forward to Consignee on time.

Desired skills & experiences:

[Must]

Male or Female age 25 - 35 years 

 Bachelor degree or higher in business administration / International business / Logistics or related 

 At least 1-2 years’ experience in sea freight in both Import ( Freight & Forwarding processes),have been worked with logistics company 

Good leadership, vision , communication skill able to work under pressure , coordination

 Good command in English language ( good reading , writing , speaking) 

 Good computer literacy and good interpersonal skill 

Able to work under pressure and timeline.

Languages skills:

English: Conversational Level 

Workplace Area:Leam Chabang Branch

Working Hour:Monday – Friday 8:30 – 17.30
