Willing to work with new set up company and would like to challenge new things
Be able to learn the business from Japan and other overseas branch
Be able to in charge of Import – Export and some accounting task
Work Outline In charge of Import – Export and some Accounting task
Duties & Responsibilities:
Liaise with the local and oversea customers
Liaise with shipping agent for incoming and outgoing goods shipment
Prepare and send arrival notice and b/l with agent
Responsible for some of purchasing operation
Transferring data related customer (inv,packing,list,BOI) to shipping team for manage and procedure the custom - Clearance / Truck booking / EDI
Perform purchasing fixed assets: furniture, PC, office desks & tables, copier, etc.
Company guest/visitors reception*Japanese (parking facility, coffee arrangement)
General administrative such as checking invoice, preparing documents for company’s expense, pre-paring purchasing documents, scheduling meeting
Be responsible for renewing Visa for Japanese staff
Other tasks assigned by Manager
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/Female, Age 29-35 years
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or any related field
have an experience and knowledge as well about import-export
Japanese communication business level including read, write and speaking
English communication conversation level
have an experience and knowledge about accounting and administrative useful when cooperate
Able to handle Visa and Work permit tasks
Preferable Skill / Experience
Prefer who can work fast and adaptable also easy going and love to learn
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational Level
Japanese: Advanced conversational Level (at least N3)
Workplace Area: BTS On Nut
Working Hour: Monday to Friday 8:30 – 17:30
