Work Outline: Responsible for all import/export sales activities of Automotive parts, Machinery and materials, Steel, Aluminum, Resin, Parts and Machinery
Duties & Responsibilities:
Liaise with import-export shipping to match with committed date in order to support customers’ requirements
Arrange import-export shipments to meet with customers’ requirements
Manage purchase and sales activities for the on-going and new business
Achieve the assigned Sales and Profit Target
Handle and responsible for the day-to-day operation (Making quotation; invoicing; Verify freight bill/physical distribution expense; Generate ordering and shipment control schedule; Send shipment advice; shipping document to customers; Follow up tax and duty privilege)
Documentation and other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male/female, Age 22-30 years old
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, International Business, or other faculties related to business
Fresh graduates are welcome
1 – 2 years working experience in Sales, Sales Support, and other related functions
Knowledge in Import-Export operation and sales documents
Good command in written and spoken English
Must have strong ability in communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Preferable:
Working experience in a multi-national trading company
Languages skills
English:Advanced conversational
Japanese: Advanced conversational level would be an advantage (not mandatory)
Workplace Area: MRT Silom
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri) **1 Saturday per month depends on company’s calendar**
About the Benefit
Salary: 20,000 – 30,000 THB Excluding allowances
