Work Outline: Responsible for all import/export sales activities of Automotive parts, Machinery and materials, Steel, Aluminum, Resin, Parts and Machinery
Duties & Responsibility:
Coordinate and arrange import - export shipment according to committed date in order to support customer requirement
Perform purchasing and sales activities for the on-going and new business
Maintain the sales performance and achieve the assigned Sales and Profit Target
Undertake the day-to-day operation
Making quotation; invoicing;
Verify freight bill/physical distribution expense;
Generate ordering and shipment control schedule;
Send shipment advice; shipping document to customers; and follow up tax and duty privilege
Documentation and other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Male/Female, age not over 30 years old
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related field
Knowledge in import – export operation
Good command in written and spoken English
Must have strong ability in communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
[Prefarable Skill]
Working experience in a multi-national trading company
Good command in written and spoken Japanese
Languages skills
English: Conversation
Workplace Area: Wireless Road, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 20,000-30,000 THB
