Responsibility:

• Coordinate with suppliers, FZ warehouse, and shipping agents for purchasing issue
• Monitoring shipment status and update to customers.
• Coordinate with supplier's and customer for Customs privileges FZ (Free Zone)
• Plan and arrange delivery shipment /products as per customer required
• Responsible for control proceeding both Import-Export Customs Formalities Clearance, EPZ, FZ (Free Zone)
• Coordinate with sales team, shipping agent, warehouse for customs clearance, billing and other related jobs
• Prepare shipping documents as necessary for clearance
• Prepare document related to import – export shipment

Qualification:

[Must]

• Female only, age 24 - 35 years old
  • At least 1 years experienced in logistic company or warehouse
  • Have knowledge about warehouse / stock control /packing /logistic
  • Good knowledge about Free Zone privilege
  • Good English communication skills

• Proficiency in MS office
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadline
• Good management, can handle multi tasks assignment

Workplace Area:              Asoke/ Bangkok       

Working Hour:                  Mon - Fri (8:30 – 17.30)  

About the Benefit

Salary: 25,000-35,000 THB/ Month
