Work Outline: Lead team members and take charge of the drafting, negotiating, contracting, and follow-up the feedback of sales contracts with customers
Duties & Responsibility:
Plan, receive and control order from local customers and place to overseas customers
Monitor the import shipment schedule on daily basis
Provide the solution and advice to customers regarding delivery progression
Responsible for the problem solving in term of customs clearance, customs principle or any customs issue
Compile and submit necessary shipping documentation to claim tax return
Work with Business Development, Import-Export and Operations team
Guidance and coaching team to current and new biz as well as current and new customers
Handle customer complaints and enquiries
Ad hoc job assigned by the manager
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male or Female, age 28-35
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Business Management or related.
2-3 years' experience of sales support or sales coordinator in freight forwarding, International Air, Ocean freight forwarding is an advantage.
Good command of English.
[Prefarable Skill]
Sales mind oriented.
Having 2-3 years’ experience in ocean freight forwarding or import-export function is a plus
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational Level
Workplace Area: BTS Ploenchit
Working Hour: 8:45 – 18.00 (Sat 9:00-12:00/2 times a month)
