Duties & Responsibility
【Outline】
Liaise with local & oversea customers and shipping agent for import-export matters
【Detail】
Liaise with the local and oversea customers (Indonesia and Japan)
Liaise with shipping agent for incoming and outgoing goods shipment
Prepare and send arrival notice and b/l with agent
Transfer data related customer (inv,packing,list,BOI) to shipping team for manage and procedure the custom - Clearance / Truck booking / EDI
Solving problems by cooperation with concerned department and customers
Monitoring and ensure that all job files are closed and forward to Consignee on time
Responsible for some of purchasing operation
Control delivery and inventory
Responsible for overall import and export documents such as PO
Forecast order
Qualification:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Female only, Age 22-30 years old
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Business Administration, or other related field
Fresh graduates are welcome
Good command in English, especially in writing an English email
Good knowledge in import-export related matters
Strong self-motivation and good interpersonal skill
Enthusiastic, hardworking, and able to work under pressure
Languages skills:
English: Advanced Conversation Level
Workplace Area: BTS Bangna
Working Hour:8:30 – 17:30 (Mon-Fri)

Salary: 18,000THB – 35,000THB
