Implementation Consultant (Software for Textile) (40K–65K) (SDG-102873)

<Job responsibilities>
*Training support
- Own assigned implementation work packages throughout the project.
- Work with the project Manager to build a delivery project plan and stays in budget.
- Identify and document project issues, suggest and Own corrective actions, escalating at the appropriate stage
- In conjunction with the project Manager, for the scheduling of visits to Support the successful delivery of the required project activities in line with the project plan.
- Lead internal and client workshops to ensure thorough analysis and understanding of client business processes and requirements, evidenced through the production of process maps and solution design documentation.
- Present to clients the Fast React software, demonstrating a strong understanding of the client and industry issues it helps to solve, and ‘bringing the solution to life’.
- Successfully deliver client training
- Provide Support to the client during both the User Acceptance and Go Live phases of the project guiding them through the recommended process and sign-off stages.
- Ensure that software modifications, maintenance and bugs reported by clients or discovered during implementation are logged onto the appropriate systems, and resolved in a Timely manner to ensure on time project delivery.
(Fundamental/ temporary fix/ solution for client, if deeper or hard to fix, will coordinate with other IT)
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and execute client facing activities to ensure clients continue to get the most from their Coats digital solution
- Assist in presales activities to Support the Commercial Teams when preparing for customer software demonstrations and workshops.
- Cover/help with Support if called upon, prioritising and responding to clients in an appropriate manner.
- Write test scripts and run tests on development changes made, as well as regression test, existing functionality Where applicable.
- Collaborate and Support projects and project Teams in other regions when needed.
- Other task as assigned.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years as Project Implementation, IT Consultant or IT related role, Customer-facing roles related to Software
- At least 2 years as experience in Fashion, Garment, Textiles, Footwear Industrial as Manager of Production Planning & Control, Sales, Merchadising, Production, Supply Chain with interest in IT and basic IT knowledge
- Basic understanding and scripting to administer SQL databases
- Good command of English (communicate with clients/ internal use)
- Holding Own car with driving license to Visit clients (flexible to Visit client in metropolitant area or upcountries)
- Proficient of MS Office such as MS excel, PowerPoint
- Communicate effectively with all levels with good negotiation skills
- Ability to produce exellent client-facing materials covrting solution design, technical requirements and training material.
- Logical approach to tasks and problem solving
- Sufficiently ‘hands on’ and technical to be able to quickly learn to configure the Coats Digital software and fully understand the contextual use of the solution.
- Self-motivated and capable of working alone, or as part of a small team.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in fashion / garment / textiles / footwear industry
- Experience of client-facing workshops, process analysis and improvement., delivering client-facing training.
- Experience of PLM / supply chain planning / ERP / Shop Floor systems

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday : [Mostly WFH, some required to meet client etc., or internal training process required])
