Work Outline: Develop, and maintain an annual plan of Human Resource Management
Duties & Responsibility:
•Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements
•Manage and plan HR System/ Structure, Salary Structure, Assessment Method, Job Description and Job Analysis
•Analyze the future HR management needs of the company after analyzing the organization's current
•human resources, the external labour market and the future HR environment that the company will be operating in
•Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices:
- Budget Management for Company Target Achievement, Department Policy, Personnel Movement and Turnover rate, Ethics & Company Philosophy, Talent Management, Succession Plan etc.
•Other jobs which will be assigned by company
Qualifications:
[Must]
•Bachelor Degree or higher in Human Resources Development, Human Resources Management or the other related fields
•8 – 10 years of experience in Human Resources Management (HRD/HROD) and at least 3 years of experience in managerial level
•Good English Proficiency and Computer Literacy
•Good Interpersonal skill with outgoing personality
•Creative thinking and Positive Attitude
•Able to work under pressure and good time management
•Good teamwork player and able to work independently

English: Business level
Workplace Area: Bangkhen, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8.00 – 17.00 (Mon-Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 50,000THB – 60,000THB
