Responsibility:
Brief Job Scope: Maintains and enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, evaluating employee and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
- Designing and implementation policies related to people management, attraction, deployment, and development to build a positive and performance-oriented culture in the company
- Develop & manage staffs in competent and professional way, within a frame work and within their delegated responsibilities
- Directs and monitors the conduct of performance appraisal systems to ensure competitiveness & compliance with legal requirement & competiveness market
- Prepare & place all internal & external advertisement for recruitment.
- Conducting new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goal.
- Analysis training needs, plan & coordinate, develop programs both internal & external training to enhance employee’s skill and improve their abilities.
- Maintain the HR Database and regularly update the personnel information
- Controlling HR Cost and activities to drive maximum benefit
Qualification:
MUST
- Thai Nationality, Male or Female, age 35 years old up
- Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- More than 6 years working experience in Human Resource Organization Development /HRD /HRM
- Experienced in KPIs, Organization Development (Career Path , Training Development, Company Philosophy)
PERFER
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, problem solving skills
- Analytical and communication skills
- Good Command of MS Office
Workplace Area: Sathorn, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17.30 (Mon – Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 100,000-120,000 THB/ Month
