Human Resources General Manager (60K-90K) (SDG-22909)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Monitor and evaluate over all Hr team member performance
 Improve and reorganize employee salary structure, career path, internal salary equality, training programs etc.
 Supervise all related HR tasks: Education, Payroll, competency, recruiting
 Dealing with related organization for conflicts solving
 Documents and monthly reports
 Be a leader and foreman to monitor all employee issue

Workplace Area: Laksi, Bangkok
Working Hour: 9:00-18:45 (Mon-Fri (work on public holiday))

Salary: 60,000–90,000THB

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Meal/Female, age 40-50 years old
 Bachelor’s degree or Master degree in related field
 At least 10 years experienced in Human resources field
 Proficient in both HRM and HRD field
 Have knowledge in Thai Labor law
 Good command in English language
 Being a good leader, sharply decision-making capabilities, able to supervise large amount of employees

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Be familiar with Japanese cultures
 Japanese languages is an advantage
