Recruitment Functions:
o Recruitment channel & sources, recruitment & employment coordinator, employment process, interviews
o Employment contract
o Manage and control Recruitment software
o Probation & confirmation letter
o Orientation and onboarding
o Coordinator Job fair Event
Training & development Functions:
o Arrangement & Coordinator, Evaluation
Welfare & Benefits Functions:
o Employee requisition & reimbursement
o Database & records
o Medical & life insurance
o Congratulations
Employee relation Functions:
o Company announcement & HR information board
o Supporting : Event, Survey
o Update and sharing information to public such Facebook
And other duties as assigned from superior
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male/Female , age 28-32 years
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources Management or related fields
3 – 7 years’ experience in HR & GA
Knowledge of HR operation functions
Good command of written and spoken English
Positive thinking of service mind, nice manner, teamwork, convince & compromise, accountability and “can do”
Preferable Skill / Experience
Working experience in IT industry is preferable
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversation level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Asoke
Working Hour: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30

Salary: 23,000 – 28,000 THB all including allowance
