Work outline: Be responsible for overall HR and Admin task
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Responsible for HR process of Samutprakan factory (e.g. rules and regulations, manpower, recruitment and selection, compensation, training, employee relations, labor union, HR information)
Ø Responsible for Administration jobs of Samutprakan factory to support manufacturing process and operation (e.g. expatriate service, general affairs, government affairs, license permit)
Ø Other task will be assigned by the chief officer
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male only, Age between 24 – 30 years old
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Human resource management or related field
Ø 1 – 3 years of experience in human resource management of manufacturing field
Ø English in Conversational Level
Ø Good communication skills
Languages skills

Workplace Area: Samut Prakan
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri)
