Duties & Responsibility:
- Overlook and manage all HR functions including HRM, HRD
- Recruiting, Manpower Planning
- Training, Human Resource Development
- Compensation and Payroll
- Work together with top management for HR strategy and able to execute and ・deploy project without supervising
- Work cross-functionally with each department to ensure and improve work efficiency
Report to senior manager regularly
Qualification:
MUST
- Male/Female, Thai Nationality age 38-43 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human resource, Organization Development or related field
- At least 8-10 years’ experience in HR field
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in managerial position
- Good command of English
PREFER
- Master Degree in Human Resource or related field
- Strong leadership with experience in leading operation team
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skill
Workplace Area: Huaykwang (Bangkok)
Working Hour: Mon - Fri (8.30 – 17.20)
About the Benefit
Salary: 50,000 - 65,000 THB/ Month
