Responsibility:

• Recruiting, training and developing staff etc.
• Contacting with BOI for applying Visa and Work Permit
• Creating and filing application of work rules and regulations, Benefit programs, Welfare, Labour Regulation
• Monitoring staff performance and attendance
• Providing designing, developing and implementing trainings and development programs to improve employee's skills

• Participate and coordinate with management in relation to all human resources manage-ment and labor law activities.

Qualification:

[Must]

• Female only, Thai nationality, Age 28 - 35 years old. 
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource or any field.  
• Have experience over 5 Years in Human Resource field.
• Computer literacy (MS office)
• Able to communicate general conversation in English
• Good interpersonal skill and able to collaborate with all department
• 
  

[Prefer]

• Knowledge in Payroll program would be advantage
• Positive attitude and multi-tasking skills.
• Japanese Language skills is a plus

Languages skills:

ENGLISH : Conversation Level

Japanese : Conversation Level is an advantage

About the Benefit

Salary: 30,000-60,000 THB/ Month
