About this Job

Duties & Responsibilities:

Review of EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) report writing and preparation

Review of EIA post monitoring report writing and preparation

Data collection and analysis

Interact with all departments to obtain accurate information and plans

Interact with related government agency personnel

Long term planning and implementation for system requirements

Ensure compliance with the Moeco HSEMS, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 and take part in internal audits, external audits and follow up corrections

Field site visits and audits

Participate in public engagement activities

Deliver training and orientations

Audit, inspect and conduct tours for HSE

Purchase HSE related equipment and maintain stock

Development of post monitoring plans for new projects and long term projects

Ensure contractor and company compliance with Thai HSE Law

Other tasks as assigned

Qualification:

Desired skills & experiences:

MUST

Thai nationality, Male or Female, Age 26 – 35

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HSE, Engineering, or any related field

At least 5 years’ experience in HSE

Environmental monitoring experience/knowledge

Good command of English 

Willing travel to operational sites (offshore and onshore)

PREFER 

Experience with EIA report preparation and process preferable

Ability to efficiently organize work, effectively work with others, efficient use of time, ability to set priorities, make decisions, readily adjust to change, willingness to accept additional responsibilities, ability to recognize confidential matters and to keep such matters confidential, courteous, dependable, tactful and positive attitude and personality 

Languages skills:

English: Advanced Conversation - Business Level

Working Hour:Monday to Friday

Salary: 30,000-70,000 THB/Month
