Duties & Responsibility:
•Responsible for all functions relating to Human Resources and coordinate with management in relation to all Human Resources Management and Labor law activities
•Setting up policies and planning for Human Resource functions and Administration functions
•Developing employment program i.e. work rules and regulations
•Continuously improving recruiting and employee relation processes and procedures to fit with business needs.
•Analyze and planning employment process to ensure that serve the company’s strategy
•Analyze HR data report and all activities to support management decision making.
•Creating, implementing and Develop Employee Relation program
•Ensuring that the program is increase the efficiency of the employees including promote learning culture
Qualifications:
[Must]
• Prefer Male or Female, Thai nationality, age 35 - 40 years old
•Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources or related field
•Minimum 8-10 Years of Experienced in Human Resources filed
•Strong background in HRM & Labor Law is required
•Good presentation and communication skill
•Strong leadership skills and can do attitude
•Fast learner, dynamic, and ability to make decision is required
•Good English communication Skills
•Able to coordinate and communicate to all levels in the company

•Pleasant personality, good interpersonal
•Good Initiative and analytical skill.

Workplace Area: Sathorn (Near BTS Chongnonsri)
Working Hour: Monday – Friday 8:30 – 16:45 PM.
