Opportunity to work in a large, stable Japanese Automotive Suppliers’ company as a key person in HR&GA section with an expectation to be a manager of the whole department in the future.
Opportunity to brush up management skills
Work Outline: Responsible for overall management in HR&GA and related functions including Regal& Compliance, IT, PR&CSR, Safety& Environmental and so on
Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee day to day running of the HR&GA, and other tasks in the section
Make and control a budget
Supervise and coach subordinates to ensure dedicated workforce and meet organizational capabilities
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality only, male/female, age 36-45 years old
Bachelor’s degree
Experiences in HR&&GA (especially HR) over 10years
Experiences of management
Advanced Conversational in English (able to communicate with Japanese Directors)
Preferable Skill / Experience
Motivated to lead the organization and contribute to company’s expansion
Daily Conversational level of Japanese
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Udomsuk
Working Hour: Mon-Fri 8:00 – 17:00 *Work on Saturday (about once a month) depending on the corporate calendar
About the Benefit
Salary: 60,000 –80,000 THB depending on experiences
