Work outline: Oversee and develop training programs in the organization both in house and public training course to meet company target
Duties & Responsibilities:
- -Develop training programs in the organization both in house and public training course
- -Lead the team and actively participate in the development, delivery, and execution of learning programs including e-program
- -Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
- -Be an effective trainer for some courses requested by managers
- -Survey, analyses and set up organization’s training needs and design the development curriculum program as needed by business
- -Track training records to system
- -Prepare for monthly, quarterly and yearly budget
- -Coordinate with regional concerning HRD issues
- -Provide monthly report to management
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male or Female, Age 35-40 years
Ø Bachelor's Degree in Political Science/HRD or any related field
Ø Strong experience in human resources training and development function
-- Good command of English
Ø MS Office Word, Excel, especially Power Point
Ø Strong interpersonal skills, initiative and pro-active working style
Ø Result-oriented and self-motivated
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversation level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Asoke
Working Hour: 08:30 – 17:30 (Mon - Fri)
