Work outline: Responsible for all HR tasks
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Can set up, developing and implementing HR strategies, HR policies and HRM/HRD Process
Ø Point of contact /overall in charge for all HR matters
Ø Responsible for all recruitment, employee contract
Ø Oversees the HR activities in Thailand
Ø Develop, review and implement Human Resource policies and procedures in accordance to legal and statutory requirements
Ø Ensure to development, implementation and monitoring of competitive compensation and benefits package to ensure the company is able to attract, retain and motivate employee, and ensure the package is directly helping the company toward an achieving
Ø Support other departments to achieve their tasks
Ø Office Management
Ø Prepare document for Visa-Work Permit application and renewing for foreign employees
Ø Filing all corporate documents
- - Support the Managements on any assigned projects/works
Qualifications:
[Must]
- - Thai Nationality , Male/Female, age 27-35years old
Ø Bachelor in HR or Business Administration or other related subject
Ø Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience of HR
Ø Good command of English
Ø Can work under pressure and less supervise
Ø Not Job hopper
Ø Have inter personal skill
Prefer:
Ø Able to speak Japanese
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Chitlom
Working Hour: 8.30 – 17.30 (Mon-Fri)
