Work outline: Support for overall HR function, focus on Recruitment process
Duties & Responsibilities:
- -Communicate with Hiring Manager of each Department concerning recruitment process
- -Conduct recruitment and selection processes: manpower, application screening, preparing interview schedules, arranging test & interview appointments with the short listed candidates for functional testing and preparing job offers for successful candidates
- -Provide Payroll system, time attendance and compensation &benefit
- -Efficient and effective operation administration of Human Resource & Administrative functions supporting company business
- -Other tasks as assigned by Superior
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male and Female , 27-35 years
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in in Human Resource, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or any related field
Ø 3-5 years of experience in HR general function
Ø Good command in English
Ø Good communication and coordination skills
Ø Be able to travel to Bangkok Branch if require
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation Level

Working Hour: 9:00 – 18:00 (Mon – Fri)
