Duties & Responsibility:
•To support in payroll administration process and input data to the system.
•Able to use Power Vision (Payroll Program)
•To collect, check and calculate overtime records before operating on the payroll process.
•To distribute Pay slip, Annual withholding income tax certificate, etc.
•To establish staff personal files and provide supporting documents for new staff and ensure that employment the important documents are kept and always update.
•To support on administration works and other assignments as required.
•Provide accurate legal advice to management and staff emphasis on labor law, labor rela-tions.
•Welfare & Benefits : Health Insurance / Group Accident / Health Check-up /Uniform / Long Service Year, etc.- Employee Relations Employee Visit (sick)/ Activity for Employee .
Qualification:
[Must]
•Thai nationality, Female or Male age 28-35 years old
•Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human resource, Business Administration, Law or any re-lated fields.
•At least 2-3 years documented experience in working with Payroll and Tax
•5 years’ experience in payrolls and welfare
•Basic knowledge of Thai Labor law
•Computer literate (especially in Excel and PowerPoint).
•Strong service attitude

•Good communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to work under pressure and tight deadline

Salary: 25,000-40,000 THB/ Month
