Work Outline: Oversees full of HR function
Duties & Responsibility:
•Can set up, developing and implementing HR strategies, HR policies and HRM/HRD Process
•Point of contact /overall in charge for all HR matters
•Responsible for all recruitment, employee contract
•Oversees the HR activities in Thailand
•Develop, review and implement Human Resource policies and procedures in accordance to legal and statutory requirements
•Ensure to development, implementation and monitoring of competitive compensation and benefits package to ensure the company is able to attract, retain and motivate employee, and ensure the package is directly helping the company toward an achieving
•Support other departments to achieve their tasks
•Office Management
•Prepare document for Visa-Work Permit application and renewing for foreign employees
•Filing all corporate documents
•Support the Managements on any assigned projects/works
Qualifications:
[Must]
•Thai Nationality, Male or Female, Age 26-35
•Bachelor in HR or Business Administration or other related subject
•Minimum of 3 years’ experience of HR
•Good command of English and Japanese
•Can work under pressure and less supervise
[Prefer]
•Have knowledge about BOI
•Have knowledge about Labour law
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: Advanced conversational level (At least N3)
Workplace Area: Walk 5 minutes from MRT Thailand Cultural Center
Working Hour:9.00 – 17.30 (Monday – Friday)

Salary: 30,000-40,000 THB/ Month
