Work Outline: To ensure effectiveness and efficiency of overall HR functions within the company
Duties & Responsibility:
To give advice and reinforce the company compliance with employment statues, rules and regulations
To guideline and support all training programs and/or development both internal and external the company
Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes
Maintains employee benefits program and inform employee of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit program to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs
Resolving conflicts, negotiating and collective bargaining with others, handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, otherwise negotiating with others
Align all HR programs and CSR activities with both short/long-term business objectives and action plans
To support all accounting issues such as cash flow, budget
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male or Female, age 40-45 years
Bachelor Degree or higher in HR
Experience in HR field for at least 10 years
Good in command of English
Good personality, Friendly, Relationship management, Multi-task, Team
[Preferable]
Working experience in Insurance industry
Languages skills
English: Business Level
Workplace Area: Bangkok
Working Hour: Mon – Fri 8:30 – 17:00
