Work Outline: In charge of all functions in HR field (Especially in HRM)
Duties & Responsibility:
•Managing, developing and efficient for HRM & HRD and employee relation is aligned with the company policy
•Implementing an efficient and integrated strategy for staffing, recruiting, induction, training and career management
•Developing recruitment processes
•Ensuring efficient payroll and administration processes
•Coordinating budgeting and HR cost controlling ensuring alignment with yearly business plans
•Developing labor policies
•Negotiating collective bargaining agreements with the union
•Managing grievance procedures
•Overseeing dispute resolution involving employees, management, unions, government agencies, other firms, etc.
Qualifications:
[Must]
•Thai nationality, Female preferable, age 30-40
•Bachelor’s degree or Master degree in HR or any related field
•At least 5-10 years’ experience in HR field
•Have strong knowledge and experience in HRM
•Good command of English
•Strong experience in labour union
•Mature and reliable personality
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversation level
Workplace Area: Amatacity Industrial Estate, Rayong
Working Hour:8:00 – 17:30 (Mon – Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 55,000THB – 75,000THB (Excluding allowance)
