Work Outline: Overlook and manage all HR functions including HRM, HRD (Focus on Recruitment & Training)
Duties & Responsibility:
Overlook and manage all HR functions including HRM, HRD
Recruiting, Manpower Planning
Training, Human Resource Development
Work together with top management for HR strategy and able to execute and ・deploy project without supervising
Work cross-functionally with each department to ensure and improve work efficiency
Report to senior manager regularly
Travel to other sites
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai national, Male/Female, Age 36-45 years old
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human resource, Organization Development or related field
At least 3-5 years’ experience in managerial position
Computer literacy in MS Office and Express program
Good command of written and spoken in English
Possess own car and driving license
Languages skills
English: Business Level
Workplace Area: Bangkok
Working Hour: 8.30-17.40 (Mon-Fri)

Salary: 60,000-70,000 THB/ Month (Including Allowance)
