Duties & Responsibility:
Establish and develop HR strategy and policy to support company to achieve its target
Lead and develop human resources management system & infrastructure
Ensure that human resources management systems are well managed to support company and management level
Develop performance management culture
Provide guidance or recommendation about HR issues to management level
Qualifications:
[Must]
Male/Female, 40-45 years old
Bachelor’s degree in HR or any related field
8-10 years’ experience in HRM&HRD function
Good command of written and spoken English
Computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP)
Have leadership skill with experience for management level from Japanese company
[Preferable Skill / Experience]
An experience in initiating HR policy and strategy would be advantage
Having experience from international trading is an advantage
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation Level
Workplace Area: MRT Suthisan
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Monday to Friday)
About the Benefit
Salary: 80,000THB – 90,000THB
