Job Summary
Overall responsible for developing and implementing of human resources policies and programs covering employment, orientation, training, compensation, compliance, benefits, employee relations, expatriate management, personnel records, personnel related matters.
Job Detail
Develop HR policies, systems and processes
Ensure HR policies and processes comply with Employment regulations
Work with Singapore regional office on compliance, policy review and improvement program
Analyzes salary and employee benefits and benchmark
Responsible for recruitment and selection process together with line managers
New employee orientation and on boarding arrangement
Prepare payroll documents and liaise with payroll provider
Liaise with provident fund and medical insurance providers
Prepare annual performance review and salary review exercise together with management
Expatriate management including Visa, Work Permits, invitation letter
Handle employee leave policy and leave records
Review welfare and benefits, annual insurance plan review, staff outing, etc.
Manage employee training and development
Manage employee’s resignation , termination and related matters
Advices management the appropriate resolution of employee relations issues
Response to inquiries regarding policies, procedure and programs
Any other ad-hoc HR project and duties
Desired skills & experiences:
[Must]
Thai nationality male or female, Age32-40
Bachelor’s Degree in any related field ( HR Management )
At least 5 years experiences as HR Assistant Manager or HR Manager, preferably in international company
Good knowledge of Employment Regulations and HR practices
Able to work independently
Good Command of English

A team player with good interpersonal, communication, management skill
Languages skills:
English: Advanced Conversation – Business level
Workplace Area: Charoen Rat / Bangkok
Working Hour:8.00 – 17.00 (Monday – Friday)
