HR General Manager - Manufacturing @Chachoengsao (80K-120K) (SDG-39870)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Manage and monitor all human resources operations specifically in manpower planning, recruitment, employee development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, safety, legal, training and appraisals
 Review company benefit structure
 Organize Talent Management Plan
 Recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish engagement
 Assess training needs and create relevant training and development programs in alignment with the business objectives
 Provide Top Management with professional consultation on HR critical issues
 Work closely with line managers as an internal consultant and specialist on people issues
 Manage, direct & coordinate the needs for Visa and Work-Permit, Office Facilities, and other related HR support



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 38-45 years old
 Bachelor’s degrees in any related field
 At least 12 year-experience in HR Manager role in manufacturing
 Good Knowledge of HR tools & processes
 Strong background in HR manufacturing with Labor Union
 Thorough working knowledge of HR disciplines (i.e. staffing, employee relation, labor law, and compensation & benefits management) plus business and organizational awareness
 Strong leadership ability with good interpersonal and communication skills
 Good command of English
