HR & GA Manager @Samutprakarn (70K-90K) (SDG-36047)
<Job Responsibilities>
HR
Responsible for all HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, payroll processing, training and development, company’s regulations and employee relations
Plan and utilize the most effective talent acquisition channel to attract the best fit candidates for the functions
Manage compensation & benefits strategies and programs to ensure that they are competitive, align with the business objectives and legal compliance
Handle company’s payroll processing
Manage training plans and other organization development programs that align with the business objectives
Provide guidance and consult on HR issues when requested or when needed to improve company’s performance
Prepare reports, submissions and other necessary correspondence relevant to HR matters
Other tasks assigned by CEO
Admin
Lead overall function of multi-scope of administration, manage/guide subordinates by advice, counselling and decision making
Handle daily office administration
Liaison with the government agencies for related jobs
Outsource Management (Canteen,Security, Maid, Gardener, other subcontractors)
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 45-50 years old
Bachelor degree in BA. Or any related field
At least 20 years of experience in HR & Administration functions in Factory
7-10 years in managerial level
Have knowledge of Labor Law, Payroll, HRM software system
English: Conversational middle or above (TOEIC 600 or above)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Experienced in Logistics company
