Work outline: Responsible for overall human resource task
Duties & Responsibilities:
HRD Management; planning, employee relations, and training and development.
HRM Management; knowledge with broad knowledge of employment, compensation, organizational
GA Management with quality systems & standards
Performance Management System setup

Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male, 38-45 years old
Bachelor degree of higher in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
At least 5 years’ experience working in the HR & GA field.
At least 3-5 years proven experience in a supervisory level or Manager level in field.
Good command of both spoken and written English will be advantage.
Well organized, self-motivated, hands-on and good team player
Strong management skills-principles and people.
Strong analytical, decision making, people development, team oriented and problem solving
Preferable:
Have a good command of Japanese
Experience working with a Japanese company
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: MRT Lumphini
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:40 (Mon-Fri)
