Work outline: Responsible for HRM, HRD and GA function’s management for headquarter
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy in Thailand
Ø Promote of planning and implementation of various personnel systems
Ø Make a fair adjustment among bases of various personnel systems
Ø Participate and coordinate with management in relation to all human resources management and labor law activities
Ø Overseeing day to day running of the HR & GA tasks.
Ø Coordinate with government agencies related.
Ø Motivate, develop, supervise and coach subordinates to ensure a high-performance team-oriented, dedicated workforce, and meet organizational capabilities
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/Female , age 35-45 years
Ø Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or higher in Human Resource, Business
Ø Administration, Psychology, Law or any related fields
Ø At least 10 years working experience in Human Resources and General Affairs
Ø HR labor management experience in the manufacturing industry
Ø HR policy experience such as remuneration strategy
Ø Experience in dealing with labor problems such as labor disputes
Preferable
Ø Have an attorney qualification
Ø Conversational level Japanese
Ø Experience in Japanese manufacturing company
Languages skills
English: Conversational – Business level
Japanese: Conversational level (Preferable)
Workplace Area: Rojana Industrial Park (Ayutthaya)
Working Hour: 8:30 - 17:30 (Monday – Friday with some Saturday *1 – 2 times/month)
