Work outline: Work closely with Japanese GM to operate overall function of HR & GA department (especially reforming HR systems)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Plan, manage and coordinate all human resources initiatives; recruitment, compensation, benefits, training and employee relations of an organization.
Ø Reform existing grade system, salary table, evaluation systems with a HR consulting company
Ø Supervise subordinates in general affairs tasks
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male and Female , 30-45 years
Ø Bachelor’s Degree
Ø Overall experiences in HR (especially establishing or reforming HR systems ‐e.g. salary, evaluation, grade systems)
Preferable:
Ø English skills at advanced conversational level
Ø Working experiences in Japanese companies or related industries
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Ayutthaya
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 55,000 – 80,000 THB negotiable
