The working location is very convenience for public transportation (BTS Saladaeng/ MRT Silom)
Work Outline: Responsible for HRM, HRD, GA functions and support GM’s tasks
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for HRM, HRD function
Recruitment process, Training, Payroll, Performance Evaluation and Employee Relations or other jobs as assigned
Process of employment contracts, orientation, warning issues, employee activities.
Monitoring of General HR & GA services.
Overseeing day to day running of the HR & GA tasks.
Maintain KPIs and General Affairs Targets are achieved.
Monitoring problems and issues and promptly reporting to General Manager.
Coordinate with government agencies related.
Coordinate and take care of company drivers
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male only , Age above 40 years
Bachelor's Degree in any related field
At least 8 years up experience in Human Resource (HRM & HRD), General Affairs and Payroll.
Knowledge in Labor Law, Labor Relation Act.
Good Command in English
Computer skill
Not job hopper (more than 1 year of experience in a company)
Preferable Skill / Experience
Able to work under pressure and timeline
Good interpersonal, well-organized, initiative, service minded and solving skills
Working experience in Logistics Company
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: BTS Saladaeng
Working Hour: Mon-Fri (08:30– 17:30)
About the Benefit
Salary: 40,000 – 45,000 THB excluding all Allowance
