Work Outline: Responsible for all functions of HR & GA & new set up company task
Duties & Responsibilities:
Setting up policies and planning for Human Resource functions and Administration functions with Japanese MD
Participate and coordinate with management in relation to all human resources management and labor law activities.
Make & manage all compensation (welfare & benefit) activities.
Preparing various human resources related reports and ensuring staff records are maintained in accordance with company policy.
Responsible for Visa and work-permit issue for company’s foreign employees
Handle and manage employees’ social security insurance issue, including coordinate with local social security insurance office
Other task assigned by Japanese MD
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, male or female, age 35-45 years
Bachelor’s or Master degree or higher in Human Resource or any related fields.
Minimum 5 - 10 years working experience in Human Resources or General Affairs
Conversational English & Japanese communication skills
Computer literacy (especially in Excel and PowerPoint)
Having data analysis and presentation skills.
Be able to try more higher level of this company in the future
Preferable Skill / Experience
Experience in new set up company
Languages skills
English: Conversational level
Japanese: Conversational level (N3 - N2) *N1 Prefer
Workplace Area: (BTS) Bearing
Working Hour: 7:30 - 16:30 (Monday – Friday with some Saturday)
