Work Outline: Responsible for all functions of new set up company
Duties & Responsibility:
Setting up policies and planning for Human Resource functions and Administration functions with Japanese MD
Participate and coordinate with management in relation to all human resources management and labor law activities.
Making & managing all compensation (welfare & benefit) activities.
Preparing various human resources related reports and ensuring staff records are maintained in accordance with company policy.
Responsible for Visa and work-permit issue for company’s foreign employees
Handle and manage employees’ social security insurance issue, including coordinate with local social security insurance office
Cooperate with local bank for company’s general banking issue
In charge of internal purchasing, office material
Other task assigned by Japanese MD
*After 1 – 3 years will move to Factory (Rayong area)
*In cace of set up new factory, Responsible for Factory new Set up task.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male and Female, Age 30-40 years
Bachelor’s or Master degree or higher in Human Resource, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or any related fields.
Minimum 5 years working experience in Human Resources or General Affairs
Good knowledge of Thai Labor law
Business English communication skills
Computer literacy (especially in Excel and PowerPoint)
Able to work in Rayong area (After 1 – 3 years)
Preferable Skill / Experience
Japanese Language skills N3 or higher is preferable
Experience in new set up company
Working experience in industrial area
Languages skills
English: Business Level
Japanese: Conversational (N3 – N2)*Prefer
Workplace Area: ARL Ramkhamhaeng
Working Hour: 08.00 - 17.00 (Mon - Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 75,000-90,000 THB Negotiable
