Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Responsible for admin and maintain employee data on HRIS system
Ø Responsible for overall HRBP tasks and recruitment process such as select potential candidates, interview, etc.
Ø Liaise with internal and external parties
Ø Liaise with recruitment agencies
Ø Prepare and manage orientation for new employee
Ø Review and calculate employee allowances, overtime, Social Security, Provident Fund, Employee insurance, annual health check, etc.
Ø Support other HR tasks such as VISA, Work Permit, etc.
Ø Prepare and organize corporate training program for group of companies in Thailand
Ø Assist HR Manager and GM support Global HR Project initiation
Ø Liaise and consult group of companies in Thailand and be center in HR matter
Ø Assist HR Manager to conduct group companies meeting
Ø Provide any advice related HR matters to employee
Ø Cooperate and ensure HR process are in compliance with requirement from Regional Headquarters in Singapore
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality , Female only, age 26-30 years old
Ø Bachelor degree in in Human Resource / Business or equivalent
Ø 3 – 4 years of working experiences in HR
Ø Good command of spoken and written English
Ø Be able to support in administration of HR full spectrum i.e. recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, etc.
Ø Computer skills i.e. MS. Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
Ø Analytical skills with good problem solving skills
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Saladaeng
Working Hour: 09:00 – 17:30 (Monday – Friday)
