HR Consultant (Japanese Speaking) (40K-55K) (SDG-78061)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Conduct research through various methods (data collection, surveys, etc.) to identify a problematic situation or find the cause
- Provide advice and recommendations to HR personnel for the resolution of daily issues
- Formulate strategic and practical plans to address human resource matters
- Assist in recruiting, training, and management of personnel
- Devise plans and techniques to drive change and culture management
- Assist in the development and integration of policies
- Select and implement suitable HR technology
- Help establish control systems for compliance with business methods and HR practices
- Review systems and processes and make modifications to address issues
- Refurbish knowledge of advancements in the field and present new ideas
- Develop and deliver effective presentations.
- Ensure the completeness, effectiveness, and sustainability for the implementation of the proposed appropriate resolution.
- Report to Managing Director (Japanese)
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 25-40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluent in English, Japanese N2 or above
- Experience as an HR Consultant or similar.
- Experience in project management preferably HR related
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods, and best practices
- Full understanding of HR legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent understanding of HR evaluation metrics and methods.
- Strong project organization, facilitation, and communications skills to engage all stakeholders and lead the project team
- Ability to strategize and formulate business plans
- An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and consulting skills
- A team player and Strong drive to get the job done.
<Preferable skills>
- Experience in a Japanese company is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or similar (MBA or master’s degree in fields related to Marketing and HR is a plus)
