Work Outline: Act as point of contact for management in group companies for key HR driven activities, provides HR expertise and knowledge to facilitate business operations of Group companies.
Duties & Responsibility:
Serves as resource to group companies regarding human resources related topics and issues
Analyze and partner with GA&HR team to deliver organization development programs to group companies
Contribute to the business strategy by helping business leaders of group companies to identify, prioritize and build organization capabilities
Work closely with management in group companies to translate business needs into HR strategies and action plan
Oversee personnel requisition, recruitment, interview and selection for all vacancies of group companies
Qualifications:
[Must]
Male/Female 28 – 35 years old
Master degree in Human resources, business administration or related field
5 years of experience practicing in HR all functions in area of Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Organization Development and Change, Recruitment and Employee Relation
Self-initiative , People-Oriented
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills for cross-cultural diversity
Drive for results and process analysis
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Good command of English and Japanese (N3 and above)
Computer literacy in Microsoft office, power point, word
Languages skills
English: Business Level (TOEIC 650 and above)
Japanese: Advanced conversational Level (N3 and above)
Workplace Area: MRT Thailand Cultural Center and 5 minute walk
Working Hour: Monday – Friday (08:00AM – 17:00PM)/ 5 Saturday working in a year
