Duties & Responsibility

(Work Outline) 

Deal with other oversea branch(Singapore branch) to provide HR training project for all of staffs in company 

(Detail) 

Coordinate with other oversea branch about HR projects (meetings, training,

surveys, etc. ) 

Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations

Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties

Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities

(staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)

Accomplishes human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed

Desired skills & experiences:

[Must]

Male or female, age 25-35, Thai nationality

Bachelor degree in management or any related field

Strong basic at HRM and HRD

Minimum 2 years experience in HRM or HRD

Able to use Microsoft office 

Good interpersonal and good coordination skill

Good command in English to speak in company or client

               [Prefer]

Japanese is preferable

Have driving license 

Workplace Area:Ramintra Road Km.2/*Plan to move to Soi Phatthanakan 33 (opposite to True tower)    

Working Hour:Mon - Fri (8.00 – 17.00)2 Saturday/month.

Salary: 30,000-50,000 THB/ Month
