Duties & Responsibility

Labor Relations and Human Resources Planning 

personnel system revision project

【Detail】

Lead full spectrum of Human Resource (HR) functions, programs, and pro-cesses within the Manufacturing plant. Establishes and maintains relationships with the key stakeholders in order to drive the execution of HR projects.

Manage allocated Human Resources projects and Human Resources processes with direction and implement to ensure attainment of functional results

Develops the change management strategy within the business to support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives.

Assesses HR implications of the business strategy, identifies opportunities to further meet business needs, and designs solutions.

Evaluates proposed HR programs to determine Company viability. Will act as the senior adviser inside the organization during the implementation phase.

Coach senior leadership within the business or function on issues that impact HR. Leads business & provide solutions that impact the Company. 

Qualification:

Female and Male, age 36 - 49 years old ,Thai Nationality Only

 Bachelor 's Degree any filed   

More than 10 years HR experience in Manufacturing environment 

Minimum 5 years strategic HR experience 

Broad knowledge of best practices in HR systems and tools

Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office Applications

Independent and result orientated with high personal drive to succeed

Strong leadership, analytical and creative

Good command in English (Written, Spoken, listening)

Japanese skills would be highly advantage

Languages skills

English: Business Level 

Workplace Area:Phrapradaeng / Samutprakan 

Working Hour:Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17.00

About the Benefit

Salary: 60,000-70,000 THB/Month
