<Job Responsibilities>
・Set up and control yearly working plan and department budget.
・ Control, manage, eliminate risk in company. (Hazard identification & Risk assessment program)
・Analytical factor that may induce to risk or the violence effect in company, including to review the MOC program (management of changed) with concerning department.
・Maintain IEE/EIA program. All of lead project proceeding, review the important topics in report, maintain the prevention measurement, control factory action under IEE/EIA commitment, and follow up the monitoring program.
・Establishment and manage environmental aspect identification program, including to induce to set up EMP.
・Identify the factory process that may induce to environment effect including to problem of environmental pollution control (Air emission, Water pollution, Industrial waste) and set up the suitable to manage them under the legal.
・Define requirement of safety, risk chemicals, hazardous substance, and environment legal in compliance with the company, including maintains dialogue with Government Agencies.
・Coordinate with concerning government (DIW, IEAT, MOD, WHA, Sekisui group and etc.) of high potential issue about safety, environment, risk chemicals, hazardous substance and military gear equipment.
・Set up company emergency plan, define the emergency team and set plan for emergency exercise in yearly periodical.
・Review and set up important training program concerning with safety, health and environment for the employees.
・Set up safety and environment program to motivate employee’s awareness for best practice in safety and environment issue.
・Analyze and investigate root cause of non-conformity, accident or incident and potential danger, including perform the preventive / corrective best solution with concerns department.
・Manage and maintain the security system in company, including control the performance of Security Guardsman team.
・Training employee / subcontractor about HSE regulations, work permit, topic concerned HSE.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Occupational Health and Environment science or related field.
・At least 10 years experiences as HSE in Chemical Business in manufacturing fields.
・At least 5 years experience in Management Level as HSE in Chemical Business in manufacturing fields.
・Have experience for Environment System Control (Air Emission/Water Pollution/ Industrial Waste)
・Have experienced for Hazard identification and Risk assessment program.
・Have experienced for Environmental aspect identification and Environmental management plan (EMP)
・Have knowledge of hazardous substance’s control and chemical management.
・Holding Professional Safety Officer certificate
・Have knowledge in environmental laws.
・Implementation experience about EIA Monitoring / EIA Report is a must.
・Advanced Conversational Middle Level in English
・Have work experience for establishment and maintain all of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and TIS/OHSAS 18001 system and PSM system.
・Knowledge of Internal Auditor all of ISO system.
・Knowledge PPAP, MSA, APQP, FMEA and SPC
・Knowledge in engineer design, piping system, P&ID and risk & dangers of the chemical’s Product.
・Leadership personality with team work capability
・Good supervisor skills, decision-making ability, effective communication.
・Proactive attitude with proven ability to implement solution to problems.
