Work Outline: Manage all supply chain and logistics fields
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage and implement improvements to supply chain to support the growth and customer segmentation strategies
Manage the procurement organization including strategic sourcing and procurement operations
Provide expert guidance and advising to company leadership on all aspects of the supply chain function
Plan, implement and control operations of the supply chain from all movement and storage of materials, work-in-process inventory
Monitor forecasts and quotas to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities
Implement new or improved supply chain processes
Collaborate with internal and external, such as warehouse , sales and Financial Team
Design or implement plant warehousing strategies for production materials or finished products
Evaluate and select information or other technology solutions to improve tracking and reporting of materials or products distribution, storage, or inventory
Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize customer service
Participate in the coordination of product line extensions, or new product launches to ensure orderly and timely transitions in material or production flow
Provide operational support and guidance to ensure maximum productivity • Train and mentor SCM employees
Direct communication / negotiation with supplier
Communicate closely with sales team and minimize the gap between real sales activity and PSI control
Monitor client's payment and coordinate with financial team
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality only, Male or female, age 29-35
Bachelor degree or master degree in logistic & sup-ply chain management
Having experience at least 5 years of the full spectrum of Supply Chain Management , Process improvement with strong sense of Process Safety Information (PSI) Management
Systematic and transparency PSI Management
Experience in SAP system
Proven negotiator and influencer with the ability to build a professional relationship and trust at all levels of the business and the company
Hands-on mindset, significant commercial acumen, analytical skills and problem solving
Good communicate with internal and external
Preferable:
Experience in Multi National Corporation company
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: Business Level (JLPT N1)
Workplace Area: Work in Lad-prao area
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon – Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 70,000 – 80,000THB negotiable
