Duties & Responsibility:
Lead and manage high performing teams providing direction to all mobile and app developers plus technologists in our organization.
This individual must have strong organizational and people leadership capabilities
Drive the strategic direction of our products & services taking into account emerging and legacy technologies.
Manage and support project teams to successfully deliver our services to meet our business requirements.
Participate in project team meetings, identify and communicate trends, and review major project threads or critical path items with team leads.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and ability to articulate technical knowledge to team members
Keep up to date with the latest software development technologies and methodologies
Drive consistent standards and approaches throughout the team
Build future-proof reusable core code libraries, which can be shared, in-order to drive further efficiencies throughout the team.
Hands on approach and capable of stepping in to development and code reviews.
Must have current knowledge in leading edge solutions to develop mobile apps for iOS and Android.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Age not over 40
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university in business, computer science, management, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
Progressive Career Path with 7+ years of consulting leadership experience.
5 years in practice management or related management responsibilities.
A senior level software developer with strong and successful technical lead experience
A successful track record of extensive business knowledge, including but not limited to business development, service offering development, services execution, and mentoring and leading large teams.
Strong knowledge of software development, testing, maintenance and support
Progressively increasing leadership responsibilities.
Demonstrated, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive and highly organized, with strong time management and planning skills
Able to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure
Must have experience in developing mobile apps in both iOS and Android.

English: Advanced Conversational Level
Workplace Area: Bangkok
Working Hour: Monday – Friday (8 hours and 1 hour lunch) Flexible hours (Can start from 7:00 – 10:00AM)

Salary: 90,000THB – 150,000THB
