Work Outline: Manage business, oversee revenue and store manager’s performance
Duties & Responsibility:
•Manage and advise store manager aiming for their good performance
•Oversee store revenue and target to hit the target
•Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
•Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
•Train staff to control and improve work quality
•Maintain Company quality and target
•Prepare necessary documents for new store in the future ex. Store’s licenses and permits
•Formulate pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining
•additional needed sales promotion; authorizing clearance sales; studying trends
•Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry
•Coordinate with Japanese CEO when some problems happened
Qualifications:
[Must]
•Thai nationality, Male or Female, Age 30 – 39 Years old
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any related field
•Experience in retail store or operation management (at least 5 years)
•Good command of English
•Able to go to oversea business trip
•Able to read and understand P/L or Balance sheet
•Able to work on Saturday or Sunday
•PC skill

•Good command of Japanese (At least N2)
•Positive attitude, good responsibility
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: Business level (N2- N1)
Workplace Area: Office: Chaengwattana
Working Hour:9.00 – 18.30 (Monday – Friday)
(May have to work on Saturday or Sunday)
