<Job responsibilities>
- Oversees the overall operations of a company to achieve the company's sales, profit, and net profit.
- Manage the Sales and service systems of subordinates.
- Develop plans for development and establish policies for operations.
- Summarize the performance and work execution of subordinates, including managing customer satisfaction, implementing corrective actions, and monitoring outcomes.
- Control and approve budget allocations for all Sales and service departments.
- Efficiently Coordinate with relevant departments and units.
- Develop operational improvement plans for sales and service departments to enhance operational efficiency in accordance with company policies, tailored to meet customer needs and market conditions. This is aimed at achieving the company's sales
- Plan, controlling budget allocation, and manpower allocation to align with operational activities. This includes controlling budget expenditures and preparing summary reports for presentation to superiors.
- Manage customer satisfaction by coordinating with major clients to present service details or address any issues that arise. Implement solutions and follow-up to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with other departments to establish strategies and methods to enhance operational efficiency, both within the company to achieve the objectives
- Other tasks as required.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 40 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related fields
- More than 10 years experience in construction machinery, trucks, industrial machinery, and transportation equipment as sales or maintenance
- More than 5 years experience as manager or 1 year's experience as GM or director
- Business level of English skills (Dealing with customers, internal use, etc.)
- Have driving license
