Work Outline: Being responsible for overall function in Die casting Div. and manage whole division which has 170 people.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Plan & Actual control counteraction for Fundamental cause and issues
Being responsible for coordination and completion of the project by setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities and monitoring project progress
Reviewing production, quality control and maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities
Planning, developing and implementing new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs and effect greater utilization of workforce and materials
To improve PM(Productive Maintenance) and Mold control
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, male, age 40-50 years
Bachelor's degree in any field
At least 5 years of experience in Die-casting section.
Strong communication skill to lead a huge organization plus building up relationship with members.
To be able to understand quality requirement for automotive business.
Management skills and ability to collaborate with people of all levels
Problem solving ability in production line
Preferable Skill / Experience
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadline
Leadership
Japanese skill would be advantage
Languages skills
English: Communication level

Workplace Area: Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri) Work on Saturday twice a month
About the Benefit
Salary: 80,000-150,000THB negotiable
