<Job Responsibilities>
• Find potentiality of market for new product and design the concept and price and sales method for increasing market share of new products
• Possessing a deep knowledge of the market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies and proactively develop and modify strategies and tactics accordingly.
• Driving business planning process, including sales management and budget control.
• Providing leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary
• Identifying and resolving customer issues and concerns when required
• Developing key strategic customer relationship management.
• Establishing effective relationships and collaborations with other departments (Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, etc.) to address key business issues and opportunities.
• Preparing a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, & adherence to goals.
• Driving the use of analytic to enhance sales forecasting and strategy formulation capabilities.
• Providing support to audit processes and quality management systems as required.
• Educating and training your team to become professional team.
• Achieving the budget with enough gross profit.
• Other duties assigned

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 35-50 years old
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years of medical equipment sales& Marketing experience to hospital channel
- At least 3 years of managing experience
- Person who is very familiar with internal operation of hospital
- *Working experience as nurse or technician in hospital is advantage
- Person who has experience of launching new product in medical industry
- Conversational high level of English
- Person who has strong network with hospitals or clinics
- Person who has strong negotiation skill
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong analytical skills
- Advanced presentation and negotiation skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team with a high level of time management skills.

<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Working experience which handled disposable equipment
- Working experience in budget management
- Person who handled new business
