- - Overall responsible for Sales, Customer Service, Logistic, HR & Finance team.
- - Lead and work closely with sales team in attainment of new sales opportunity.
- - Motivate, coach and manage sales team and sales channels to deliver sales, profit, productivity and growth target and provide practical solutions to resolve conflicts.
- - Responsible for operations efficiency and maintain high level of customer service, quality assurance, compliance with local and international authorities.
- - Conduct a strategic review on short and long term performance on a regular basis to ensure the company increase in profits market share and return of investment capital (ROIC).
- - Manpower planning, control of overhead expenses and maximize capacity utilized.
- Oversees the timely development and completion of the annual budget, quarterly forecast and monitor performance and assume responsibility for its achievement
- - Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitors’ new marketing opportunities and leapfrog the competition.
- - Provide the required linkage with Japan HQ & Asia Pacific Regional office for adequate information
- - Expected to travel (20%) of time, within Asia Pacific
Qualifications:

- - Male or Female, Thai Nationality
- - Age 40-50 years old
- - Master or Degree in Business Administration or related fields
- - A minimum of 15 to 18 years of related working experience in Electronic Components Industry
- - A minimum of 8 years’ experience as senior management position
- - Regional exposure dealing with Asia Pacific
- - Strong leadership to lead the organization
- - Entrepreneurial disposition with excellent communication and presentation skills
- - Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office Applications
- - Independent and result orientated with high personal drive to succeed
- - Effectively envisions, develops, and implements new strategies to address competitive, complex business issues
- - Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- - Good English communication skills is a must

- - Able to communicate in Japanese is a plus
